How long will we subject ourselves to bad service
I have been patronizing strip since the doors opened. I was really excited to see an upscale restaurant with great food, music and enthusiastic staff. Over the last 6 months, I have witness a steady decline in service, and managementís willingness to address glaring problems. For example, I waited 25 minutes at the bar for service and no one assisted me. When I addressed the problem with management, he stated that he would resolve it and I never saw him again. This did not occur on a bustling Friday or Saturday night. Each time I have visited the restaurant, Iíve ordered what use to be my favorite dish Ė fried lobster tails. Currently, it is a greasy soggy mess. This restaurant is no longer welcoming and has lost its appeal and charm. After revisiting several times in hopes that conditions will improve, I give up because it is clear that they have a top down and bottom up management issue.
