Wallpaper Removal

We needed wallpaper removed from a large bathroom and tried to get several painters in for estimates and were having greaty difficulty doing so. I finally came across Wallpaper & Stuff. I call the store and explained what I needed done and they sent someone out the next day to give us a estimate. We agreed on a price and she started work that Monday. I was told by several painting companies that this was a very difficult job and there would be drywall damage if they took the old paper off. Wallpaper & Stuff came in and was able to remove all the paper without any damage and did so within a couple of hours. They did a fantastic job and even cleaned up after they were done. I WOULD highly recommend Wallpaper & Stuff to anyone.

Never returned my call for estimate **UPDATED**

Called Tuesday 2/5/08 to schedule an appointment for an estimate on painting and removal of wallpaper from a large bathroom. The girl who answered the phone that morning said Bryan Ricke had not updated his calendar so she would have him call me personally to schedule the estimate appointment. 2 days later and still no call from Bryan. I understand that people get busy and unexpected thing happen but all they had to do was pick up the phone and let me know someone would call soon to schedule an appointment. This is NOT a good sign as to how a company operates so I am looking elsewhere. Jeff called this afternoon Friday 2/8 and scheduled a time for the estimate (Tues. 2/12). GREAT FOLLOW UP JEFF ! I will definately give you another chance.
