Ridiculous

This place used to be pretty good but I'll never go back there again. Promised 45 minutes out the door for oil change & tire rotation. Took 2 HOURS and 10 minutes and no one said a word to me about what was going on. They have been good in the past so I was patient. Well, no apology and no explanation whatsoever. Later when I got home I realized that they never even rotated my tires! Called them on the phone to see if they knew why the tires hadn't been rotated. I was put on hold for 9 minutes and they forgot about me. The same guy gets back on the phone and asks "Has anyone helped you?" ... Obviously he had forgotten what I called about. He says, "Oh, they didn't put the tire rotation on the work order" yet it is listed as being done on my invoice. To top it off - I looked at the mileage they listed on my sticker and it was 3000 miles LESS than the mileage on my vehicle - they had subtracted it! I also listed a complaint with the corporate office. Too bad, to think that I actually used to recommend them to my friends!

Entire Staff has changed. Used to pay more but at least were accomodating. Had to wait- 8:30am - 2:30pm for simple repair, only to find out they needed to order a part and couldn't do it! One other time they replaced the starter - found out that wasn't the problem - no refund. Found that they didn't shop for prices on parts - outrageous quote! - Good Luck!
