LA Fitness Toco Hill Club

worst customer service EVER

after I canceled my membership for few months... they started calling at least 3 times a day trying to get me to reinstate...I was told that I only have to pay my regular monthly payments.... and I was stupid enough and did it two days later my account was charged another amount when I called customer service they said well that is the policy and I have to call the local gym; I did and the (CLUB DIRECTOR) was telling that I just wasn't listening to him and he explained everything over the phone.... _well maybe he did but I guess I probably don't speak his language_... overall the club is crowded most of the time you do have to wait for equipments for a period of time (since most members) use machines for over 20 mn....women (all shapes) walk naked (comfortably) in the locker room... also lot of ladies will use the sauna while listening to loud music or talking on cellphones..... will be definitely my last time using LA FINTNES.... the staff at the club and the corporate office have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL...also they will call you saying they're running special (promotions) but everyone gives a different price.... one will say $145 registration fee the other can let you have it for only $99 while another one might let get it FREE.... so be careful dealing with these people

Rude and impolite

the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional; I got there at 9:10 and waited until 9:40 with no one in the window to let me know what was going on when the receptionist finally came she totally ignored me and said she can't do anything and they're not ready YET to see patients .....

worst front office.... sorry Dr Verras

Dr Verras is great, but his staff is the worst... extremely rude they make you fell like they're doing you a favor... they will not even look at you when you get to the counter... also when you call you need to be very specific and don't ask lot of questions... they just seem like they don't want to be there they just have to:(. I wasn't working and I am a single mom so I had medicaid and when I took my son for his 4 months check Dr Verras asked the nurse to weight the baby etc... guess what was her answer... I am already taking care of Ms..... baby she has insurance..... it was a slap on my face...if Medicaid doesn't pay why do you accept it??? anyways the first thing I did when I got a job and a great Group insurance I switched... and I wish that Dr Verras will chose a better people to represent his office....

Dott, Andrew B MD

Doctor Dott is excellent

I decided to go to doctor Dott's office after reading all the reviews on Kudzu.com, all I can say is that Doctor Dott was great, very professional, and pleasant to communicate with, one thing that bothered me from day one until today is the lady working at the front "Cathy" the first time she was shewing gum out loud for the whole time I was there, the other visits she won't even great me when I walk in, I had more than three visits to that office and it is the same way with her every time and I think if change her attitude just a bit that office will be PERFECT ....I will still visit the office because of Doctor Dott, also I never have to wait (not like other offices)also the nurse is great...and I will recommend doctor Dott to anyone...
