Very CAring and spent loads of time

Although my problem was not resolved, we did find plenty to work with. She is an excellent diagnostician, and I will go back. I do recommended her highly.

So much better than I thought or expected...

From the initial email requesting service, to seeing my old roof away these guys have been top notch. They diagnosed my leaky roof, proposed a fair price and resolution, and Fixed the problem. No BS, no upsell, no additional "findings" in need of repair. IT was what it was, and I feel the Ben Hill Company one that I want on any leaky roof I ever have. I don't think it will be this one though - we just had the worst rain yet this year, and NO LEAKS! Thank you to Patty (hope I got that right - phone call coordinator and jack of all trades; front of the line lady - if not let me know and I will change your name), Wesley, Robby, Jeff and the crew. Thank you!

Great Office and Staff, and Great Physician

Dr Cornell is one of the most personable physicians that I have worked with in a while. My husband went in for the Big V and Dr Cornell a great informative session before making our next appointment. My husband said that he worked well, and quickly - but not too quick. He showed the results without being too specific, and did not cause too much pain. I felt comfortable referring Dr Cornell to another family member for an even more complicated urological condition. He did not jump straight to surgery, yet recommends alternative treatments to try first. That consult is upcoming and I will update.

Great Services and Cool Atmosphere

I have always liked this salon. Everyone is on time for appointments, and the price for waxing and nails has always been right on. I have brown dome monthly as does one other family member, and 90% of the time they are great. Sometimes they do go too thin. Amanda is the greatest, June is great as well but doesn't fit my schedule, and Angela is almost up there. A few more times working with her and I think she'll have me down!

One of her First Project Families...

I met Charlie some time ago, and she covered our wedding. We were one of her first projects, so I understood, and she did a pretty good job. Some of the photos we would have wanted were blurry, but 90% were good. Overall, that's a pretty good percentage if you look at the big picture. We have since moved away, but if I lived nearer to her, I would certainly use her again. She was a joy to work with, has a great eye, and is persistent.

Just Awesome

It was some time ago, but I wanted to rid myself of my car and I wanted something else. I told them what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. They found it, and for the right price. When I was laid off and $$ was tight, they personally worked with me and worked out a plan. It's not a big call center. It's real people, and I would SO do this again!

So far So Good

We just changed from Comcast. So far it's been great! Theirprices will be less after the trial period, and the service has not been interrupted. We were not certain to get a signal in our home, and it did take 3 installers, a trainer, and another supervisor of sorts to see that we could in fact get the HD service, and they did finally get it in. My only beef is that on demand is not the same. It's more of a download overnight and wait until the next day to watch. But other than that, I am pleased!

Mosquitoes Gone

I called, they came. The mosquitoes are gone. My kids were eaten up and their poor legs covered in bites. The ones on their faces were the last draw. Arrow came out and for $85 they sprayed my back yard and all the mosquitoes are gone. I was told that the chemical is plant based (not a favorite, but push did come to shove) and is not supposed to kill the good bugs. I don't know if my good bugs are still there, but I do knot that my mosquitoes are gone, and that was the goal.

Most friendly and personable agents...

Farm Bureau has great agents. I can vouch for 6 years of service, and my family for over 30 years of continued loyalty. Steve is our Agent, and I always run anything through him to give him the opportunity to quote. Sometimes he's high, sometimes he's low and we go with him. We have had one claim and it was quick and easy. They do everything from life to home to car.

Out of Box Specials are GREAT

I am impressed with the out of box experience here. Everything is listed on their website. THe prices are all in plain view. Their stock is listed real time. I went in, and purchased a Bosch Dishwasher for half price. All the parts were there, with one broken piece that I glued back together, and I had a qualified plumber install the unit on my own. Awesome deal!
