fine exam but couldn't get the lenses right
I chose to visit Sure Sight because they were listed as a recommended provider on my insurance company's website.
They were nice. The exam was fine. They are accomodating with fittings -- trying many different contact lenses to find a brand and strength that worked. The technician pulled out lots of lenses for us to try but, he didn't write down which one we liked and went home with. By the time we called back to order the trial lenses, they had written down the wrong brand and strength. We had to go back multiple times to try and get the right lenses that would allow us to see well enough for our daily needs (i.e. reading your cell phone, reading your laptop, driving). They were nice in allowing us to try at least 3 or 4 types of lenses. But if the first technician had just written down the specific lenses that we found worked at the first visit, we would have saved ourselves lots of time, effort, and wasted gas.
Make sure, if you go there, and get fitted for a new contact lense prescription that you keep the manufacturer's package that the lense was in. It will save you a lot of time and effort.
