Meticulous work
They did exterior painting and new gutters on my 1986 house with masonite siding. The job is beyond perfection. MUCH better than anything I could have hoped for. This house looks better than it did when we moved in in 1986. I plan to call them again when I can afford to get the interior trim and doors done.

Garage door repaired to better than new.
Old house, old door, old opener. It's been having some problems beyond my skill level to fix to so called this local company. I expected them to tell me it was time for all new equipment, which I can't afford. They repaired what I had for a fraction of the price of replacement and quite frankly the door goes up and down smoother and quieter than the day the equipment was first installed. Great job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Pesty pest control
They did a decent job with the termite treatment 15 years ago although they had to come back twice. 7 years later when the termicide wore off and the ants moved in with a vengence, I hired them to get rid of the ants. The guy made no effort to find the nest, gave me a song and dance routine about how the only way to get rid of them was $35 a month, every month forever. No thanks. Also, once they get your phone number they hound you every day. Sometimes multiple times a day trying to get you to keep paying them $200 a year for the termite guarantee or hire them for pest control. They ARE a pest.

Good service
We bought the first set of appliances from them in 1986 when we bought our house. I just recently replaced all but the dishwasher (still going). Fridge, stove, washer and dryer. I wanted a side by side that did not have the water/ice thing in the freezer door but did have an interior icemaker - the salesman found it and got it at a great price rather than charge me big time for a "special" product. - They were delivered and installed on time and correctly the first time. -- In 1986 and in 2007.

Told it like it is
My husband's arms were getting parlyzed and his primary doctor sent him to at least 3 specialists who did not know what they were doing (well I don't know exactly what's wrong but we can cut him open and fix it) before we ended up with Dr. Rodts in 2001. Dr Rodt's showed us on the X-rays exactly what was wrong and was very specific about what he though should be done for it. He told us up front it may not make things better but only keep them from getting worse. He gave us pros and cons, and other options. All spelled out. He told us worse case and best case outcome right up front. His office staff was competent and informed. This doctor didn't "disappear" after surgery. He seems to be a pretty darn good surgeon too - dear husband ended up a little better than "best case".

Tender and talented
She has been my primary doctor for about 10 years (maybe longer). She communicates very well, treats even "stupid" questions like they are very important. She treats you like you are her only patient and she has all the time you need. She also knows her medicine and knows what specialists are good. She has this beautiful way of firmly encouraging me to take better care of myself that makes me know I'm an important and worthful being too. Highly recommended.

3 years and counting
Eindy was recommended by our vet 3 years ago. I can't say enough good things about Eindy. She is, to put it mildly, a complete professional. Our cat is very old and sickly, on medication, Eindy handles it all PLUS brings in the mail and newspaper. Once on a trip expected to last 1 week, we learned my dad was quite ill and ended up gone for 3 weeks. Eindy had to go buy enough cat food! I felt awful - Eindy acted like it was all her pleasure. And we were fairly new customers. She spoils us, spoils the cat more. -- I'll be honest, I was worried about giving a stranger the keys to my house while I was 700 miles away. Eindy quickly put those concerns to rest the very first time we used her pet services. I have thanked Dr Kobe for recommending her and thanked the good Lord for creating her many many times. -- Rosemarie and Kevin in Morrow

Mixed review
We bought both our Fords from Allan Vigil Ford - on a couple of warrantee problems they have done a perfect job the first time. Tim Rawl, the service advisor communicates well, goes the extra mile and treats the female who is getting service in a professional way. The head service manager (forget the name) has gone the extra mile to figure out what was making that squeeky noise I couldn't explain - the man actually got in the car and took a ride - whatever it took to make a customer happy. -- On the flip side, the mechanic in the quick lane who put on the new wiper blades forgot to do the one on the back hatch and I had to go after work TWICE to get it done right. The guys changing the oil consistently don't "check and fill all fluids" - I know this because my window washer fluid both in the front and back keep not getting filled up -- makes me wonder what other short cuts they are taking like not changing the filter?? -- The quick lane is freaking slower than molasses after work. I once waited FOUR HOURS - for the guy to put a new tire on my car, balance and change those wiper blades (and then had to go back yet again for that back blade and wait another 90 minutes). -- They seem to have such fabulous customer service people and I've found their major repairs are done right the first time - if only the quick lane mechanics did it right the first time and didn't take an hour to do an oil change.
