Difficult install with communication problems
I hired them to install three new supply lines and move three existing lines. Daniel Jape initially quoted the work and he was very nice and reasonable. However, when the crew showed up to perform the work, Daniel was out of the country and could not tell them what needed to be done. They called me at work and I explained to them what I wanted over the phone. As a result the lines were not place in the proper location and had to be moved. (one supply line was even installed in front of a window - i.e. the supply line hung down about 8 inches in front of a window which made it unusable). In addition, they told me that my air handler needed to be cleaned and they would do it for an additional $150. I agreed to this but thought that it was reasonable and easier than if I did it myself. However, when I inspected the air handler I saw that they only cleaned the coil and did not clean the OPEN area above the coil and fan. In hindsight, this was a very expensive considering what was done. Also, the work was being done during the recent flooding (2009) and the crew drove their van into my yard in order to turn around. This caused huge ruts in the yard which still exist. To their credit, they did move the line which was misplaced. They were always polite and reasonable, but I should have been on site to make sure that the work was done properly.

No Service
We waited two days for A&E Factory service to show up only to be told that the half quart of oil that was leaking out of our washing machine was "Normal" operation. Despite the fact that the washer was violently shaking and unable to wash any clothes, the service technician told us no repairs were necessary. Obviously, they were only interested in a service call charge and did not want to make a warranty repair. I called another repair company who showed up the same day and replace the transmission to the washer. Avoid A&E at all cost.

Best Doctor I have ever had!
Dr. Merritt is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He is an exceptional doctor who takes great care with even the smallest detail. Before finding Dr. Merritt, I despised going to the dentist, but he makes unpleasant visits easy to deal with. I highly recommend him and any of his staff. They are all very professional. If all doctors were of the same caliber of Dr. Merritt, the medical profession would be held in a higher regard. I would highly recommend Dr. Merritt and his staff.

Honest but a bit pricey
I've taken two different cars in for repairs. On the first repair, I felt they were dealing with me honestly and fairly - no complaints at all. They even allowed me to provide one of the parts for the repair which I had already purchased. However, on the second repair their quote for the repair was over twice as much as I eventually paid at another repair shop.($2100 vs. $950) I think they were being honest with me but their price for the same work was very high. I saved over $1000 by having the work done elsewhere.

Great quality and a great value.
Then Rodriquez paint crew did a great job on the exterior of my home. Their quote was very reasonable and was a fantastic value. They repainted all exterior wood surfaces and repaired a section of our wood soffit. I would use them again because they were such a great value.

BEWARE! Yard services scams.
I am a new customer and signed up for 8 treatments this year. I received and paid for the first treatment. However, the second treatment was never applied and a bill was placed on my door. I called the local Alpharetta office and I requested that they cancel the service because this second application was never applied. However, I continue to receive a bill for the second service. Upon subsequent calls to their office I was refered to speak to a "Supervisor" who is not in the office and they could not give me any contact information for this fictious employee. Please beware that Trugreen will bill you for services that are not performed.

Wrong Prescription and rude staff members
I received a prescription for eyeglasses and a second for glasses. However the staff became very aggressive when I stated that I wanted to purchase contacts from another provider. Prior to talking about contact lenses, the staff was very courteous and helpful. However, once I stated that I wanted to order contacts elsewhere, their demeanor change dramatically. Two different staff member became very insulting and made several comments such as "the doctor deserves to be paid for his time", and "he is entitled to make a profit". All of this after I paid over $300.00 for the glasses, exam and a contact lens fitting fee. The staff felt that I was somehow not paying enough and finally told me that "the doctor doesn't do anything for free". When I returned to pick up my eyeglasses, the prescription was incorrect. The glasses only partially correct my vision, and I am still using an old pair of glasses for most of my tasks. The new glasses are unusable for driving and work in the office. I'm out $300.00 and still have no eyeglasses. ****UPDATE**** Dr. Arey - your reponse is a complete mischaracterization of what took place in your office. After I received my prescription for contacts and was about to pay for my visit, your staff member told me that I would have to pay for contacts. I said I only wanted to pay for the glasses and office visit. She stood up and grabbed the prescription out of my hand. Your staff was rude from the moment I said I didn't want contacts.
