great service

I am so glad I found these guys on Kudzu. They came and were able to fix my electrical problem fast and cheaply. They could have tacked on extra charges like past electricians Ive had, but they charged the bare minimum for my small problem. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency!

great customer service

i dont know how anyone can say they dont care about service, they've always been wonderful to us! I frequently organize mom's night outs and they even stay open later than their store hours for us, to give us a chance to relax and pamper. they always let us bring food/wine and have been so helpful. Ive come on non-MNO days too, and service was great.

Dr Pruitt cant be beat for caring for your cat

For anyone looking where Dr Pruitt (and some of the techs as well) from the Cat Clinic of Roswell went, this is her new practice. Dr. Pruitt is an AMAZING vet. Ive never met a better one in all my life of cat ownership. She truly cares about your cat and gives the attention and care to your pet as if it were your human child. Oversight or missing something just isnt on the menu for her. However, like most cat specialty clinics, you WILL pay for this highly specialized care, as its priced a bit higher than most vets. But in an emergency or when the diagnosis is unclear---theres no one i would trust more than Dr. Pruitt and her staff of extremely competant techs.

Hollyberry Animal Hospital

cheap

I have previously taken my former 2 pet rats to Dr. Fran and she was very helpful. If you have an exotic, without a doubt, this would be the vet for you. However, recently I was looking for a new vet for my cats and thought Id come to Hollyberry. I just needed a booster shot and a urinalysis. They called to postpone my visit an hour due to a surgery, which was fine, but when getting there at the new time, they hadnt even started the surgery yet! I waited 30+ min before Dr. Fran came in and she quickly told me my cat didnt have enough urine to test, which was a first for years of doing this procedure at other vets. I agreed to wait 2 hours for him to be ready. After all that (and then some) she hurridly came back in to tell me he still didnt have enough, which I find hard to believe. At this point i had wasted an entire day. I understand that an emergency surgery had her distracted, but I would have rather she just cancel the appt than make me wait for 4 hours total. They also seemed VERY understaffed, and the office is very bare and unkept. Dr Fran is very nice, and I dont NOT reccomend it. But i probably wont be back. But you definitly cant beat the price...they are SUPER cheap for a vet, which is great if thats your #1 concern.

Cat Clinic of Roswell

DO NOT GO TO CAT CLINIC

I have been going to Cat Clinic for 5+ years and seen it deteriorate first hand, when Dr. Pruett finally left. ALL the techs and vets are new, because none of the old techs liked the new vet/staff (Iíve been told so personally BY the techs themselves.) But this was the final straw: My cat was suddenly ill and I scheduled an appointment with the Cat Clinic immediately. Upon arriving, the technician was rude. When seen by the vet, I was told my cat had an abdominal blockage and he was taken away to be stabilized + have surgery. Later that day, they called to tell me they were mistaken and had no idea what was causing the problem. By 4pm, they still had no diagnosis and suggested I take him to an emergency vet for after hours care. When I picked him up, he was almost unconscious, MUCH worse than when I left him. The emergency vet saw him and told us that all the blood work, measured levels and other info that the Cat Clinic had taken was incorrect and needed to be re-done. The GA Vet specialists quickly were able to diagnose his problem as being a blocked bladder due from a Urinary tract infection and had burst at some point earlier in the day (which happened in the Cat Clinicís care) Unfortunately by this time, my cat had passed away. Both the Vet specialists and another vet who I consulted with told me that a blocked bladder could have been diagnosed quickly by a competent vet and my cat should have been able to be saved by prompt surgery. ~Lindze Merritt
