Best place for Threading!

Fariba, is very friendly and made me feel comfortable, as it was my first time with threading,it was painless and I LOVE the way they look. No more waxing for me.I plan to be a regular and hope to get my hair colored there too. I'll review that once I get it done.

No Consultation=<

Scheduled a consultation and left my work during my lunch and waited 1hr 30min no one came or called. Later that evening when I checked the mail a contract with a price was left but that was not what I asked for. Wanted a few things done and preferred speaking with someone. Lack of proper communication and followup. Would love to get my yard and lawn attended to right away. First impressions are important.

Lack of communication.

Work that was paid to be done had been done just not quite to my satifaction. Do not feel I was valued as a customer based on the work and no follow up calls were made. Considering the other great reviews I feel more so that I was not valued as a customer. First impressions are lasting impressions. Wish it had gone differently.

I had their service yesterday and I already have a piece of mind that I will not see any more bugs based on the job they did as they simply touched on every corner and crevice of my home inside and out. I was not there when the service was done but my dad was and he was very impressed with their professionalism. If dad approves I am on board. Janet was so kind on the phone, Great customer service Chem Tech!

So disappointed.

Not satisfied at all. Had to do the cleaning over myself. I am so disappointed to the point where this was my first time hiring a service like this and i will never again waste my money for it. I feel that whoever was cleaning my home took no pride in there work or effort and could careless about my satisfaction after I gave them my credt card #. After 2nd visit to reclean what was not done at all they never called back to see if I was satisfied and I was not. Someone should atleast do a followup after these people leave to ensure the work was done. Nothing was cleaned. It was merely skimmed. 25$ to clean a stove that I still had to clean! Awful. Please note this is not a good way to conduct a business that relies on referrals. So long to my dream of walking in my first home clean. It was an atlanta nightmare maids experience. Sorry but its true.
