Don't recommend
The first time I used MOG it was the service center for a required check up. I got my car back and the car was so out of alignment I had to drive with the steering wheel turned way off center to even keep on the road. Never used them again for service. Went this year to price a new CRV. First visit they quoted a price so low other dealers wouldn't touch it, and second time the price was much higher than other dealers and included a $1000 "appearance fee." We did not purchase a car from them because of the pricing issues.

Some warnings
I purchased a 2008 Accord and immediately began having problems with the car (all tires low, back brake light didn't work), so check your car thoroughly before you leave. Also, they are advertising an Unemployment Protection plan right now, and no one knew anything about it when I purchased. Asked multiple people multiple times. We applied for loan in both husband's and my name, but they only put the loan in his name. We didn't think it would be a problem until he went back down to sign the Unemployment paperwork, and guess what? Only he is covered. We did get a good price on the car, but again, it has had multiple problems. The car also has a very loud, clunky fan, the radio display sometimes goes in and out, and the headlights flicker while driving (I'm told this is a characteristic). This is a new $30,000 car and I'm not happy. I wrote a letter, got a voicemail that they wanted to speak with me, called and left a message and have heard no response. If you're going to buy an Accord, research the consumer problems first. Honda and Carey Paul are no help. I won't be a loyal Honda customer after this experience.

Good vet for basics
We used Barrow Veterinary Hospital for many years, and they are good for the basic animal care; however, as our cats aged and needed more specialized treatment, we decided it would be best to go to a different vet. For shots and annual exams, it is a great value and good place to go.

Good Experiences
We have used this er vet approximately 10 times, and with the exception of the last visit, we have always been extremely happy with the staff and doctors. They recommended treatment that our regular vet didn't have any knowledge of, and that info really helped out my cat. Our last visit, however, was with Dr. Streithof, whom we had never seen before. We were very unhappy with her lack of compassion and her attitude. Our vet told us to take one of our cats there, as she was having labored breathing. The dr told us she heard no complications, and she did not want to do x-rays. Our cat was diagnosed that Monday with a heart condition, and we were scared and trying to help her, and her attitude was very cold. She told us that many times cats with heart conditions were fine in the office and then died on the way home from the stress. After hearing that, we wanted to do the xrays to make sure everything was ok, so they did them. After she read them, she kept calling our female cat a "him," which made me wonder how thoroughly she examined her. It really broke my heart that my cat was sick and that the doctor really didn't seem to care, didn't make any suggestions as to how we could help her, and that she was so unfriendly to us. It seemed to be a busy night, but that is no excuse for the treatment we received. I would still use this hospital, as every time before we absolutely loved the vets and the staff; however, I plan on calling to check to see which doctor is on staff

Excellent Vet
I am thrilled to have found Dr. Duffey and Dr. Ballard. They are extremely helpful and have provided a level of service that is truly impressive. I feel like they care about my animals, they don't rush us in and out, and they give us great information to help us manage our senior cats medical care. My experience there has been wonderful and I couldn't ask for anything more! The staff is also very nice and caring.
