Seems like a high-volume "patient mill"
I was referred to Pinnacle by my Primary Care Physician. The waiting room was filled to capacity with some of the most unhappy people I've ever seen. As I waited for an hour to be seen by the Doctor, I overheard at least a half dozen complaints about how the office always runs behind an hour and sometimes more. One guy said that he usually waits 90 minutes to be seen. Another guy blessed out a staff member for keeping him waiting two hours.
Since Pinnacle is outside of my insurance network, I was self-pay. I had called to confirm the total, but when I got to check-out, I was told that the price I had been given was incorrect and that the total was going to be a fair amount higher. I explained that I'd be happy to pay the amount I had been quoted, but that I was not going to pay more. After waiting for 40 minutes for the lady to go back to the Doctor to have him approve the charge and make a number of calls, I finally paid the fee and left. All told, I was there for 2 hours and was seen by the Doctor for literally five minutes.
The Doctor and staff I dealt with were friendly and polite, but I cannot reccomend that you use Pinnacle unless you have no other choice. My impression is that it is a high volume worker's comp/medicaid-oriented business. There are other options out there that provide better service.
