Wonderful Dentist and Office
My boyfriend and I both go to Dr. Gilbert and absolutely love him. He's a great dentist. Shari the hygenist is wonderful too! She's very thorough, gentle, and has a great personality. I will continue to go to Dr. Gilbert as long as he continues to practice dentistry.

Worst service ever
I brought my cat to Peachtree Animal Hospital for a checkup. She saw Dr. Bateman. Dr Bateman was nice enough and his staff handled my cat very well. However, the issues started after we left the hospital. Dr Bateman ordered a blood test for my cat as she had been vomiting more than normal. My appointment was Tuesday, and he told me to "call them on Thursday" so he could discuss the results. I thought he just messed up the order and really meant that his office would call me on Thursday. Thursday came and went, no call. 2 weeks passed, no call, no letter, no communication. I finally called the office myself, and got reception, and told her that nobody had gotten in touch with me about my cat's blood test. She assured me that Dr. Bateman himself would call me. He never did. Its been over a month, and I still never received one iota of communication back from them. I will never bring any pet of mine here again.

Worst doctor ever!
My endocrinologist referred me to this doctor because of a swollen gland on my neck and because tests he had given me showed inflammation. I was at this doctor's office an hour and ten minutes, of which only about 5 minutes was spent with the doctor. From the second he strode in the door he gave the impression of rushing. He didn't ask me how I was doing or how my symptoms were...He gave me the most unthorough examination I've ever had in my life. Afterwards, he didn't ask me if I had any questions or attempt to address any of the symptoms I had listed on my history form. He didn't offer any kind of explanation as to why my neck gland is swollen, but said that if it "keeps me up at night worrying about it, then he'd be happy to remove it". I told him about the massive ear pain I sometimes have when I fly, and asked him what I could do about it because I really want to go skydiving, and his answer was basically, "too bad, do so at your own risk". I left his office in tears because I felt like I had been robbed of $60 and got absolutely nothing for it. I was no better off than before I went to his office.

Excellent Doctors!
I saw Dr. Ross today on my second visit to Ross Eyecare Group. The first time I saw Dr. Bloom, who was not available during my appointment time today. Dr. Ross took pains to ensure that it was okay with me that I was seeing a different doctor than I saw the first time. He was very friendly, cheerful, and most importantly, involved me in every aspect of my eye care. He explained every step of the process and made me feel great about the health of my eyes which is important to me as I have had Lasik surgery! I would recommend this practice to anyone.
