Pleasantly surprised,

I called two companies that I have ongoing relationships with (I own rental properties). No one could get out on a Sunday. I looked at Kudzu and nervously called Craig. He went n a Sunday and got the air conditioning back on for my tenant. I'm very please with his price, service, and quick response, thanks!

All Around Wonderful

I bought a foreclosure home to "flip". Russel was key in taking my rotten (litteraly) home and fixing all aspects of the home from updating, new planning, repairing, and structural issues - everything. He did everything top notch and really made a huge difference in my little project. It is now a MUCH more valuable home, and the people who are renting from me have had NO PROBLEMS in two months! A GREAT job, will use them again.
