Fantastic service

We called A to Z 3 weeks ago regarding a problem with our microwave. Bryan talked my husband thru the problem and it was determined that it would be more cost effective to buy a new microwave. We appreciated his honesty and were thankful that we had not used money on a repair visit that would have told us the same thing. When our dishwasher went on the fritz we knew who to call. First of all, Bryan asked us to do some personal troubleshooting to insure that it wasn't one of several simple problems we could solve ourselves. When that failed, he came out that day and worked late into the evening figuring out our problem. The part was retrieved the next day and he had us up and working immediately. We certainly will use his services any time that we have appliance problems in the future. It is so refreshing to know someone who is honest and wants to do the best for his customers.

2nd time with Chastain Wood Floors

Jerry and crew at Chastain Wood Floors installed new flooring in our bedroom last year. We were so pleased that we asked him to refinish the rest of our wood floors while we were out of town so that we wouldn't have to worry about being out of the house while they put down three coats of polyurethane. They did a fantastic job, and our house was ready for us when we came back from vacation. There aren't many folks you could trust your house to while you are out of town, and Jerry did a great job.
