Great Personal Service

I have used several Vets and I can't say enough great things about Dr. Carlson and his staff. This is a small clinic where you get personal, non rushed service. Like anything you get what you pay for. I feel that this is a top neighborhood vet. If you live in the VA/Highland area this is the vet for you.

Exceptional Professional Care and Service

My Corgi was limping very badly and another veterinarian had already suggested expensive ACL surgery. Dr. Winnokur and Dr. Nichols both examined my dog, studied x-rays, administered acupuncture and gave me a sound plan to rehabilitate my dog. We used minimal medication and no surgery. It was been almost 2 months and he is not limping at all. Dr. Winnokur called me to check in twice. I have always found the staff to not only courteous but very professional as well. I love that they use not only sound traditional methods, but also are up on newer, less invasive, natural methods as well There are several vets on staff and I would trust any of them with my pets. Although they may not be cheap, I felt I got great value for time and money spent there. It is clear to me that one person has issues with this great practice and is abusing Kudzu with multiple negative ratings under different registrations. Anyone can have a bad experience. It doesn’t mean that this is a bad place.

Saved me $$$$

I told Bryan that I had a broken dryer in a rental with 2 months left on lease and did not want to spend a alot. He told me how to fix it and where to get the parts. I was able to fix it myself and save over $100. They told me at the parts place that he was very good and always honest. When I do have a reapir I can't handle I'll call A-Z.

You can teach an old dog new tricks

We have been working with Bob and Judy Padgett training our puppy Suzie. Suzie is a young Terrier mix with loads of energy. Bob and Judy provided excellent direction and tips which allow us to enjoy Suzie even more than we did prior to engaging them. Bob provided us effective training advice and aids and Bob and Judy have always made themselves available to answer any questions or issues that come up. It is obvious that Bob and Judy care very much for the health and well being of your pet and strive to insure a good relationship between pet and owner. This becomes very clear in their training methods and philosophy. We truly enjoy working with them both.

Allways Great Owner-Operated Service

I have used Aqua force several times. This is not a large company with sub contractors. The owner, Henry, is the person who comes to your home on time and makes sure you are happy with his work. I have used other pressure washing companies and this is a different process. I don't know the technology, but it doesn't leave the wood looking stressed with the grain raised the way high pressure does. I have used others and had brown shurbs a week later. This material has never harmed my plants. There is a difference. I only use Henry and Aqua Force.

Terrible Concert Venue

The new parking lot could be great but the way it is managed for concerts is terrible. Why have two entrances but only use one when you have a sell-out concert? Why make people park at the top when it is easier to go to the bottom? The staff caused an unnecessary traffic problem. It is stated clearly in all the literature that no high chairs are allowed but security did nothing to remove chairs that were blocking the view of people who observed the rules. Management did go on stage and asked offenders to please not use their chairs. I saw no one comply. We could see nothing. I have tickets for one more concert. It will be my last. We are members who will not renew.

Cheap for a reason

It easy to get sucked in due to the low prices, but there is no service. I have bought from them more than once and each time I swear I'll never do it again. They promise to clean up prior to delivery then don't. When you call for service the manager is in a meeting and does not return calls. They claim to use a third party delivery service but they have the same phone number. I have been waiting over 5 hours for delivery of my appliances and all the manager says it is not his fault because they use a third party. You get what you pay for. If service and your time are not important then buy here other wise pass.

Great New Location, Same Great CARE

If you are any where near Decatur this is the only vet clinic. Caring personal service all thru from reception to tech to the great Vets. I've tried the large impersonal clinic on Brircliff rd and this is so much better. Thanks to Dr. Miller for taking time to explain everything.

It doesn't get any better

I've eaten in top resturants in NYC, London, Paris, Sydney and nothing compares to Resturant Eugene. Linton Hopkins is best chef in ATL. Organic local produce, handmade butter, great wine list, great service. Expensive and worth it.
