Choice One Dental Care

Careless, indifferent. Dr. Busch is sorely missed!

Choice One--a dental franschise--took over this office when Dr. Busch retired. At my last appointment, the "hygenist" said it was time for new X-rays--which they had taken only 6 months before! She then did the most cursory, slapdash cleaning I've ever had (I'm 65 years old). After watching Dr. Phil for 20 minutes while, waiting for the doctor to examine me, I got fed up, paid my bill, and have found another dentist.

Unfriendly, unhelpful

Front door is missing the zero in "35*9." No doorbell either, so I had to knock. Chilly receptionist said she couldn't help me with an existing policy and gave me a Post-It with an 888 # to call.

Friendly, efficient, informative!!

I'll use Allgood again . . . so much easier to deal with than the brusque five-star plumber we hired B4. William was helpful and thorough and gave extra advice to avoid hassles in future.

Doesn't honor his appointments!

I made an appointment based on the good Kudzu reviews. But the waiting room was cramped and shabby. After waiting 45 minutes--with other patients who had gotten there before me still waiting--I left. A responsible doctor knows his patients' time is valuable too!

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital

Inaccurate, abusive, and expensive!

I was hospitalized there for a seizure in 2003. My attending physician was sneering and condescending and wanted to commit me to a halfway house. One nurse actually slapped my hand when I tried to help her. They put me on a medicine that had to be discontinued because it gave me acute jaundice. An endless array of "specialists" made 30-second visits just to run up my bill. P.S. I'm fine today, with NO further help from them!

Front office needs work!

On my last visit there, the receptionist-secretaries ignored me and were generally distant and unhelpful. After I wrote to complain, I received a letter back saying that they could no longer accept my daughter as a patient!
