Long time favorite
What a great place for breakfast! The place is a bit small and you may have to wait, but it's well worth the pancakes and etc.

OK
Did my root canal without much chit chat or discussion. Billed my insurance, which was great. Front office staff was very dismissive when I called back with pain and swelling. I finally demanded to come back in and was dx with a cracked tooth and an abcess (different tooth, same area)

Yum
A coworker of mine buys beef by the "SIDE" at Bishers. She has shared some bbq teriyaki tri-tip that was out of this world. It sounds like if you have the freezer size and a big family, buying beef by the side at Bishers is a very good value.

A++ Hospital
I recently had surgery here and was very impressed by the professionalism, organization, and kindness of the staff here. My family comes from a health care background and were extremely impressed with the hospital. Having the pre-op surgery area, surgical suites, surgery recovery room, and waiting room all next to each other made things so easy for my family while I was waiting to go into surgery and while I was in recovery. The only negative my family noticed was a total lack of security within the hospital. There was nothing that deterred people who should not be in the hospital from entering.

Wonderful service
I am able to give blood to be banked for my own surgery. The blood was delivered to the hospital on time, as promised. The staff was very nice and professional.

Great Adventure in Dining
If you have the chance to splurge big, try the Chef's Surprise - which runs $90-$120 for 7 courses that reminded me of an Iron Chef's showdown. The best courses were the Kobe beef on a sizzling platter and a half lobster. By the time a full plate of sushi came, I had no room for more

Great releases
The Landmark theatres are the only place I can find a film worth ignoring my Netflix. This location has nicer theatres than La Jolla. Parking is validated.

Nice lunch Buffet
We ent to check out the buffet foods for a wedding, but eating at the lunch buffet during the week. The view is the selling point here....and the dessert table. There were only 2 hot entrees, turkey, stuffing, and gravey (in JULY?) and enchiladas. humm. The salad bar was good, but not as many choices of gourmet salads as i would have liked. Service was very good.

when you have to order a food for delivery
I have ordered from Village Pizzeria when I am too lazy to cook and don't want to drive into town - thereby - using their delivery service. The food is pretty basic pizza and american style italian. Nothing spectacular.
