Alain's Pressure Washing L.L.C

Personal, professional service - Alain's is A+++!
See below for the details, but bottom line is that if you want the job done RIGHT and at a reasonable rate, Alain is the person to call.
My house has huge, wrap-around decks on two levels. They’re essential to the outside/inside nature of the house and represent a major percentage of its value. I needed them cleaned and stained by someone that really KNOWS wood. I called three top-rated Kudzu companies and one that came highly recommended by a friend. The friend's recommendation quote barely covered the costs of material! Two big companies I called were knowledgeable but the cost was a moving target and I felt as if I was negotiating to buy a used car. Groan. Alain showed up within hours of my call and clued into the situation (a mix of hard and pressure-sensitive soft woods) immediately and came up with a no-nonsense mid-range quote within minutes. He runs the company, does much of the work, and he knows the art of pressure-washing and sealing decks and driveways like someone with years of personal experience. The work was done within the week and was about as perfect as it gets. His attention to detail is exemplary. I was so pleased that I asked him to come back and wash the long slippery and cruddy driveway – same excellent service. Best of all, he’s a genuinely NICE guy to work with and would ensure that any problems that might arise were fixed on his dime. Give him a call!

Wish every business was this good!
I recently moved into a house with a 20+ year-old security system that had been inactive for alsomst all of that time. The original installation included 100-150 different sensors of various types, all wires leading to a bank of terminals and a metal box in the basement. It looked chaotic - as if a plate of colored spaghetti had been thrown at the wall. I called ADT and Ackerman, two of the largest companies in the area for an appointment to sort out the mess and get a quote for activating it. ADT put me on hold forever. I hung up. I couldn't get through to a live person at Ackerman so left a message. It was not returned. When I called again some time later, the person who answered was exceptionally unhelpful and refused to send out a person unless it was to activate the system. I found Bulldog through Kudzu and they turned out to be exceptional. NOTHING was too much trouble. Lew spent a couple of hours looking over the system and answering questions, then returned with a technician a couple of days later to unravel the system, test it and activate it, which took a full day. A tech returned on two separate occasions when the old wiring hiccupped and glitches had to be fixed – no charge either time. Bulldog’s prices are highly competitive, their people friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and for personal service second to none, they get top marks.

Great place to get basic training
We needed somewhere to take our pup for basic obedience training -- to learn the essential doggie commands such as “sit”, “down”, “stay”. CPT turned out to have classes at convenient times and they limit their class size to ensure personal attention for all members of the group. The trainer (Andrea) clearly was very good at what she does. She ran the classes in an enthusiastic and friendly manner that soon had pups and owners communicating with each other. The class met for 8 weeks – which was about right for the basics -- and each class came with homework that helped reinforce commands that had been learned in previous weeks. All the sessions were very relaxed and Andrea kept the classes fun. To me, the most useful part of the experience was that it gave owners a framework for thinking about how to communicate with and train a dog. I’d read several books on the subject and had began to implement some of the commands prior to the CPT classes, but having Andrea tell and show us how to work with a dog was well worth the price of admission.

Perfect for pups!
I've been taking our pup to Dog Days since he was a few weeks old and never looked back. It was the perfect place to socialize him in a safe, monitored environment. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. The play areas are obviously kept meticulously clean, even on high volume days. And best of all, my pup LOVES to go there - practically drags me in the door. On days he doesn't, he climbs in the back of the car and looks at me pleadingly! Great value, great service!

I would use these folks any day
Sandy Springs Locksmiths were recommended by the Realtor that had helped me find my new house - she had had great experience with them over the years, as had her clients.
I needed the locks changed on my new home and they were there the next day. The locksmith was friendly, efficient and knew his craft. Within a couple of hours, he had changed the 7 locks I had scheduled and fixed two others that had seized with age and weather exposure. He even found a work-around that allowed them to be keyed to the rest of the house, even though the brands were very different. Now that's good service.
Their prices were more than reasonable for the house call and the amount of work involved and I'd be happy to recomend them to anyone.
