Whitwell Landscaping

Great Work. Highly Recommend

We live in an area with a lot of elevation change. As a result, we have always struggled with water runoff; having washed our original landscape completely off a couple of times. Our builder failed repeatedly to fix the problem. I hired a landscaper who, on the first day, bogged his rented backhoe down in the mud and blew his budget. I brought Joe out and he immediately came up with solutions after evaluating from all angles. I conveyed my vision to him about mitigating the run off problems while turning a mud collection area into an area with a century old fire kettle and a place our family can enjoy. I gave Joe my budget and he came back with a scope of work that was in my budget, not 25% more like others I've dealt with. Now I will say this, don't expect Joe and his team to start work the next day. He is EXTREMELY busy, and IMO, that is good. It means people like his work, and he controls every job, not just assigning it to a crew. Joe was out everyday on my job, running the bobcat, tiller, digging, shoveling, and raking. He will work, and does not sit behind a desk. As a result, he maintains a close watch on exactly every element of the job and will jump on his crew if it isn't right. Joe did a great job of 'rerouting' the water by installing 3 dry river beds, raising my backyard by 3' and other work seen in the pics. I highly recommend Whitwell Landscaping, and I am sure to contract them over the winter for more work. 5 STARS
