High cost doesn't mean high service
My husband has had nothing but bad luck with his astigmatism. I read a bunch of great reviews and was excited to make an appointment for him. Everyone seemed really nice but when we got the bill, we knew why. Then they said it would take two weeks to receive his glasses even though the ones he had on were cracked. We waited patiently. When they came in he called three days later to get them adjusted as he had no peripheral vision and cannot see at all when he tilts his head in the slightest. He has gone through plenty of prescription changes and knows when something is wrong. He called to come in and they said the doctor would not see him for a week and to call back later. Well, after waiting patiently again, he called and they said she couldn't see him for two weeks!! He has constant headaches and nausea, can hardly see and they could care less! We think we are going to return the glasses and stop payment through the credit card company. They have really shown that being pleasant and actually caring do not go hand in hand!! Terrible!!
