Truly Disappointed

The last two times the tech came to my house he arrived outside the scheduled time and only treated the outside. My house is overrun with ants, spiders and other bugs. They are getting in my sink and everywhere. This is not the service I paid for and this is not worthy of a reputable company.

Premier Collision Center Inc

One big nightmare that is ongoing!!!

My 2002 Volvo C70 was in a minor collision on the front passenger side fender. The other parties insurance stated Premier Collision Center Inc . is an approved company. So I took it there. First they took 13 days to repair on fender. Multiple times they promised a completion date and did not deliver. They didnít even have the courtesy to tell me before I arrived that it wasnít ready. Finally, I it was really ready. I notice they failed to fix a scratch on the passenger glass, and only removed some of the nose protector coating. So I asked to fix it. Another week pasted, and they said it was ready. I picked it up at night. The next morning I brought it back. NOW the two side turn signals were broken and falling off the car, They completely missed damage in front of the pass tire wheel well, they left bondo dust all over the engine compartment and my power steering cap was loose and fluid leaked out as well. The insurance company told me they would not pay for any more rental cars so Premier offered to get me rental while they try to fix it again. Another week and pasted and I picked up my car. The glass scratch is still there, I see paint dripping on the fender, My fog lamps no longer work, and they told my me I have to return with my car in 30 days to get the protector reapplied! I am too afraid and will not allow these rank amateurs to touch my car again. Oh, the car rental place billed me for last rental car too!

United Auto Rental & Sales

United won't honor even Written agreements!

I purchased a 2001 Honda Civic from United on Sept. 23rd 2007 for my teenaged daughter. At that time I noticed the SRS light on. I mentioned this and the manager cheerfully wrote a "We Owe" agreement which promised to repair both issues. With this in writing I gladly purchased the vehicle. 5 days later my daughter brought the car in to be serviced. They told her it would take apx. 2-4days to fix. 3 days pasted and my daughter called every day asking about status. She was told over and over parts are being ordered. A week pasted then I started to call. Now they told me they were taking it another repair shop. By now weeks were passing, Everyday either myself or my daughter called them for status. Everytime a new excuse was told. When it started to reach the 30th day I called a lawyer and he told me to send a certified letter demanding repair or a refund. Which I did and at the same time made my first payment. I then filed suit when the letter was unanswered. They now have my car on there lot and it is "FOR SALE" it is a blue 2001 CIVIC. I even tried to trade for another vehicle but they offered an abused, worn Tahoe and still wanted me to put down money! To make the story short I have now made my 4th payment and the court date is still pending. UPDATE: the jokers went out of business ... GOOD!

Service and Parts top notch.

I have a 2000 Saab 9-3 conv. SE that I bought used from another dealer. The car has 74K on it and was making a strange sound. The sound got very bad and I had no choice but to bring it in. It was 3pm on a Friday and I brought the car in. The service center quickly looked and the vehicle and said the water pump bearing were very bad and needed replacing now. After a few minutes conversation with my wife we decided to allow them to fix it. The repair was costly, $525 but below the estimate. The good news was they service group treated me with courtesy and was respectful. They finished the car at 5:15pm, it sounded and ran like new. They also, washed the exterior, shined my rims and tires, gave me a free diagnosics on the engine, and fixed my busted shift knob for free. This is the only dealer that will ever touch my Saab.

Mr. Transmission

Very disappointed.

My van transmission was slipping so I took it to Mr. Transmission. After a quick diagnostics they said no internal was needed and quoted a price. They then proceeded to repair the van. After a week I got a phone saying the quoted work was completed but the transmission is still slipping and internal work is need. The additional cost was more than double the quote. A rebuilt transmission would have cheaper in the beginning. To make matters worse I was told if they did not do the additional work now they would add another $700 to price later. I'm taking my van elsewhere.
