Disappointed
Pros- Showed up, friendly, affordable.
Cons- The major reason I am disappointed is because they did not entirely clean areas next to walls or furniture. Basically, they would leave a good portion of the area dry instead of moving the machine to cover the area. Before they arrived, I made sure the floors were spotless so this would not be an issue. For example, let's say you have a dresser about 3 feet from a window. The area between the window and dresser would take about 3 movements with a vacuum to clean the entire area. They would do one stroke down the middle of the area instead of cleaning the entire area. This means the part next to the window and dresser were dry. There was also a stain next to the crib about 4 inches from the crib. During the walk through upstairs, I noticed the stain was still dry as was the area around it leading up to the crib. I told them about the stain. They were downstairs and did not come upstairs. They told me it must have been juice because it wouldn't come up. It was dry! You could see where the brush strokes ended. I regretfully did not call the lady who said to call her if there was an issue. I just don't want to be a whiny person and call and complain. With that being said, the reason I am leaving the review is because I do feel I shouldn't have to tell them to clean up to the furniture or walls. Their stuff was already in the vehicle, I just wasn't going to complain at that point since I got a good deal.

Unbelievable. My dog was the guinea pig.
This happened a while back but I am just finding out about Kudzu so here is my review. I have a pet papillon that needed to be neutered. Because of his size, the veterinarian suggested I use Neutersol instead of surgery. Neutersol is an injection to shrink the testicles. I agreed to the procedure because the vet was admittedly nervous to put him under anesthesia due to his size (3 pounds). The Neutersol did not take. The testicles did not dissolve like they were supposed to. The veterinarians decided they could do the surgery after all. Well guess what? Because the Neutersol did not take the first time, my dog has the behavior of a dog who has NOT been surgically neutered. The veterinarian told us that even though they performed the surgery, not all of it could be removed. So, my dogs marks his territory and acts like a non-neutered dog! To make matters worse, it appears my dog was the first or one of the first dogs that received this shot at their practice. I found out from another veterinarian practice that the FDA may not have even approved it yet and they were practicing the procedure on my dog. Isn't that unethical? If I would not have been a poor college student, I may have sought action.

POOR Customer Service
This place botched up my hair so bad that I refused to get my hair cut for a few months. My issue primarily lies with the way the employees handled my complaint. On this particular day I didn't want a shampoo, but I wanted the water bottle sprayed on my hair. However, the stylist started cutting my hair without spraying the water. I told her that my hair is naturally curly so it needs to be wet. She said she could do it without the water. When I got home and dried my hair, I saw a VERY clear difference in length from the right side to the left side of my hair. My husband measured it and said it was at least a FOUR inch difference. I drove right back to Great Clips. The lady was gone for the day, and I asked if someone else could fix it or give me a refund. They told me I had to call back and talk to the manager because conveniently the manager was not there. POOR choice. They should have offered to fix the mess or give me a refund. Why should I have to drive back at a later time and get my hair fixed?? I would have been happy to just blame the individual who cut my hair, but now I refuse to go back to this location because the way they handled the situation.

Will never go here again.
My son is 18 months old and has been going to Northside Pediatrics since birth (both locations). We have never been out of a well visit in less than 2 hours. The worst thing I have experienced at this location was the incompetence of the NP (Nancy). She was trying to pull my son's foreskin to "stretch it", which is not something you do with infant uncircumcised boys. The third issue I had at this location was the temperature in the office. I left sweating after every visit. My son would always get sick within 48 hours after leaving a well check from this place. I would take him back usually within one week of a well visit to find that he either had a viral or bacterial infection. I honestly don't think they ever turned the A/C on in this building (in the summer also!).

No more Pizza Hut! Almost went to the hospital!
I ordered a pizza from this location in 2004. I realize this was years ago, but you have to understand the seriousness of how bad business loses business! I have NEVER eaten a pizza from Pizza Hut since due to the way the store handled my issue. On July 4th, we ordered a pizza from this store. I began to feel sick before the time to go see fireworks. Maybe too much information, but I stayed sick in the bathroom for 3-4 hours. I have never cried from eating food before. My husband wanted to take me to the ER but I could not leave the bathroom. We called Pizza Hut and explained to them what happened. They said we could call their corporate office if we had an issue with the pizza. They would not even give us a REFUND for one pizza! I end up having food poisoning. They did not even apologize! I understand this happened back in 2004, but like I said, I have never eaten a Pizza Hut pizza since. Let's see...we eat pizza once every 2 weeks. So, $50 a month times 4 years is $2400 they have lost of our business! Not including everyone in my family we told! Try the Papa Johns on Wade Green, never had an issue!

Helpful
I went to this store to find a book for the GACE. They did not have the particular book I needed for the subject. However, the desk volunteered to look for other stores who had the book and asked another store to hold it. I didn't even ask them to, so I thought they were very helpful.

LONG waits, incompetent NP at both locations.
I agree with a previous poster. My son is 18 months old and has been going to Northside Pediatrics since birth. We have never been out of a well visit in less than 2 hours. Generally our appointments are at 8:30-9:00, and we are out around lunchtime. I have seen most of the doctors (at both locations actually) and have not found one I really liked. Here are some issues I have had with them: One of the new doctors was too rough with my son; the NP wrote a prescription that the pharmacy could not even fill because the ingredients of the medicine could not mix; the NP told me I could give him low fat milk now instead of at 2 years of age, and I had the med student tell me how she can't stand parents who leave their child in daycare all day (I do not, but thought that was extremely judgmental). The worst thing I experienced was the incompetence of the nurse (Nancy) from the other location. She was trying to pull my son's foreskin back at birth to "stretch it", which is not something you do with uncircumcised boys. It is time for me to look for a new pediatric office.
