Quick fix and accomodating

My roofing issue ended up being a very simple fix and James was more than honest about what had to be done and quick to diagnose the problem. He even accommodated my hectic weekday schedule and came out on a Saturday morning. If and when my roof needs another minor fix or when it needs a major one I'll definitely be calling this company. I contacted another company that informed me that it would be 2 weeks before they could even come look at my roof.

Now I remember why I don't shop here

This store is extremely difficult when it comes to returning items even with a receipt. The toys are ridiculously expensive as you can find many of the toys other places for as much as $15.00 cheaper. The toys that are a bit unique break fairly easily. The owner is condescending. The only reason I went to the store was to return something that we got as a gift with a receipt and it reminded me why I don't shop here.

Best cut and color!

Make sure you book Leila. Everything from my color to my cut looked fantastic. Although the prices are a bit on the higher end it's worth it for great color.

Very thorough

I called to make an appointment on a Wed. for a skin cancer screen and they fit me in on Thursday morning. The office was clean and efficient and actually on-time (even though the office was busy). I saw Dr. Weil and he was very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this office

Great bed side manner

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Zane for an annual checkup. 1st of all they were the only office that was able to fit me in with 1 weeks notice (other offices were 2 months out). I thought Dr. Zane had a great bed side manner and reviewed my history thoroughly. The one draw back was that I did have to wait over an hour to meet with him (it was over an hour after my scheduled appointment and I arrived on time). When I asked the nurses when he was coming in to see me they told me at least twice that he was on his way. I'm chalking it up to the fact that he's an OB/GYN office and sometimes offices that do both tend to run behind.

Fantastic company

Adam was very attentive to my concerns with my stoop and very honest. He was very personable and professional. Because of his keen eye for detail he found a structural problem that the other estimates I received missed or miscalculated. Even though my job was relatively small as compared to other jobs they do, Adam made me feel that my small job was important. He returned every call and e-mail in a timely manner. I will and have recommended this company. The work was done exactly as described, done by the time line and the work crew arrived on time and cleaned up the area. Finally an honest and easy to deal with company.
