$149 Deck Staining

I purchased this deal over a month ago (6/19) and to date I have had a challenge(7/30) getting the work scheduled and complete. I have spoke to Manual a few times and he seems very nice so I'm not sure if I have been had or if they are just really busy. I hope it is the latter, I will update this review if anything changes. Right now I am giving a middle of the scale rating since the jury is still out at this time. **Update**- spoke with Manuel and the work is scheduled for 8/13..will provide an new update at that time. **Final Update** 8/27 Manuel and his team completed the work and did an excellent job. It took a little longer than planned and Manuel did everything that he could to make me happy and I am very happy and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!!

Unsatisfied client

I was not happy with the service that I received. To this day, I don't know if Karen Pass really exists. She dodged every call, visit, and all of the court dates forcing us to deal with an amateur attorney. I had to forced his hand just to get him to negotiate with the PA. If you have money to waste, hire her.

Fantastic Service....

James was awesome, he called en route to my scheduled service call and was super nice and professional. He did exactly what was needed in record time. I would strongly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them again when needed. It is so hard to find excellent customer service these days and if that is important to you, this is the company you want to do business with!

Excellent Work and Service

I had an interior door hung to match all of the other interior doors in my home and they did an excellent job! You can not tell the difference from the new door in comparison to all the other doors in the house. The quality was excellent, customer service great, and they were on time, matter of fact they were ahead of schedule which worked out great for me! I would recommend them highly.

Not the greatest experience...

Based on the reviews, I tried this company and I was less than pleased. I ended up with quite a bit of furniture damage in the end along with an individual involved in the move that I'm sorry that he now knows where I live. It was a semi-professional experience, Rico was great but his helpers were not as focused or professional. This was my third professional move and the worst one yet for me. They did attempt to try to make things right to a certain degree, but I was not able to recoup the cost of the damages so in the end this move cost me a lot more than the move itself. It was acceptable only because I wanted to put this experience behind me(after almost 3 months of negotiating) and no I personally would not use or refer this company again or to anyone.

RUN AWAY FAST and DON'T LOOK BACK

This shop has horrible customer service, delay after delay, and to top it off...the quality is a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I will not patronize this company again. Even with all new replacment parts, they still could not deliver. To top it off, they acted as if they were the ones agitated because I kept pushing them to correct their workmanship. Finally after 4 times back and forth to their shop, I am reasonably satisfied. I will never recommend them for anything, unless you like poor customer service and poor quality for what you paid for. I wish I would have seen the other 2 reviews to save me the headache.
