Great prices, good service

When you walk in a big retail outlet in a warehouse-type environment, you expect to find good prices, and maybe not so good material or service. Floor and Decor had great looking wood and tile products, at very good prices. I was looking for wood for my house and also checking out their tile. I decided to get designer tile from Zumpano, but got the wood from Floor and Decor. They had some great prices on 3/4 hardwood, especially on a few types that were being discontinued. Tony in sales took the time to build a section of floor for me so I could see how nice it would look when placed together. I also used their install service to do the installation. The contractor they used did a great job on the wood in our bedroom, and got it done in one day. Floor and Decor called to follow up, and a few times when I needed to call them, the customer service was great.

Great people and service

I was planning on getting tile and hardwoods in some of my downstairs rooms and eventually replacing the carpet upstairs later in the year. When the wood contractors pulled up the carpet in our family room they found a low but long hump, so my only options were tile or carpet. I didn't want tile in there with small kids, so I suddenly had to go find a carpet company. I was out ordering more tile from Zumpano that day for the other rooms downstairs and Joanne told be about Fleming, who are right around the corner. I spoke with Leslie in the showroom at Fleming. She was great. Their prices looked good, so she scheduled Brett to come out the next day to measure. He was very nice. We had carpet a week later, which is good, since we we had to live on concrete in the meantime. Brett came over during install to check on things, and later called to follow up to make sure things were still going well. Great customer service. My only complaint is they don't take credit cards, but maybe that helps keep their costs down.

Great looking tile and great service

I've used these folks twice for purchasing tile. They have a showroom near where I work in Alpharetta where I could go look at tile, and I actually ordered it out of the Marietta location. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. Mary helped me in Alpharetta, and Joanne helped me and took my order in Marietta. David in the warehouse was also very nice.

Great customer experience and service

Had these guys out to check hail damage on my AC units and give it a charge if needed. We would put the kids down for a nap and the upstairs would hover close to 85 and not budge. Spoke to Tim on the phone, and Richard came out. Richard didn't recommend combing the fins as the insurance company suggested. He said it didin't work well, and the unit was not in that bad a shape that the fins were an issue. He checked the freon, and added what was needed. Really liked Richard and felt he was trustworthy. He said I might have a leak, but he didn't try to sell me a new unit. He just said I need to see how things feel by the end of the summer, and if it stops cooling again, I would be best off replacing the units. The house is much cooler now. I also talked to him about an issue that started with my furnace last year, and will definitely call them this fall to get that checked out.
