Detailed personal service

We have used Altuscio for several years I have called Ben on a number of occasions to help me figure out how to do something (at the office, remote access, traveling with a laptop). I do not know IT lingo, so Ben often has to question me in detail to figure out what's going on and how to get to the problem and resolve it. He's great at this communicatation process--and patient--which really helps since I am not familiar with what are probbly obvious terms for most clients.
