Very poor customer service

I took my car here recently. Upon first pick-up of my car I discovered that sanding marks under the paint were clearly visible, there was a fair amount of overspray on parts of the car that weren't even part of the repair, and my headlight was way out of alignment. The staff would not re-check the work either. A month later I took my car to the Thoroughbred in Bothell and they were happy to look at the car. Within 20 minutes they discovered that the core support was not aligned properly during the first repair (This was my exact complaint in the first place that the Auburn shop denied). Another 20 minutes and the core support was fixed and the headlight alignment was good as new.
