3 Trips and Problem Not Resolved
I contacted my home warranty company about a sewage backup problem, and they sent a technician from High Priority. While he was very nice, he did not have the proper equipment to fix my issue. They couldn't send anyone else until the next day. This means we couldn't use water for over a day. Having 2 children, this makes life painful. The next day another technician came out and temporarily fixed the problem. He did not use any equipment (camera, etc.) to verify it was resolved. A few days later, we had sewage backup again. It seems all he did was move the stoppage further down the line. After calling them again, they sent the first technician. Once again, he could not remove the blockage. We had to get another company out, who then located the problem using a camera, and removed the issue with a stronger piece of equipment (water jet). It was very frustrating knowing this company lacked the proper equipment (water jet) and didn't bother to take the time to locate the problem.
