Macy's Furniture has Zero Customer Service
Macy's is only interested in taking your money and not delivering the furniture as promised and then not return phone calls. I ordered an entertainment center on June 19th and as of September 4th it is still not delivered (the estimated delivery time frame was 4-6 weeks). In addition, I've contacted the salesperson as well as the furniture manager and though both have promised to call me back after they find out what is going on, neither have returned the phone calls. There are so many other furniture stores out there - save yourself the headache.
