Eh.

I bought my first road bike here, but they didn't seem particularly interested in selling me another one. They're not awful, but there are lots better shops in the area.

Super nice guys

They don't try to push you into spending more than you can afford on accessories or repairs. I've had service done here and bought some components and have been very impressed. When I can afford it, I want to buy a Santa Cruz mtn bike here. They have some really nice road bikes, too, but just out of my league.

Best Bike Shop in Roswell

What a great bunch. They really know what they're doing in the service department, and they're always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of brands of bikes, plus racks and other accessories. If you see a lower price somewhere else, Roswell Bikes will match it and give you better service than most other places.

Good value

Frame prices are very reasonable and they have fast turnaround. Dr. Early is great. My Spectera insurance was easy to use here. Good frame selection.

They know what they're doing.

VWs can be quirky, but at least the Jim Ellis guys on PIB have enough experience that they recognize the common problems. I've had problems w/other dealerships and ended up at Jim Ellis and they've fixed it. Good guys. Not cheap, though.

I've been very pleased

I have both my cars serviced here and I've never had a problem. Prices are reasonable and they have a fairly quick turnaround.

Great Service

Scott and Amos really know what they're doing and really care about their customers. I get my road bike and my mountain bike serviced here and really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Couldn't recommend anybody any higher.

Gentle but expensive

Dr. Wand (and Dr. Alvarez) are both great dentists, very gentle, thorough, and concientious about their work. If you're seeing Dr. Wand, make sure Kathie is your tech. Very expensive.

Don't go here for service

Honestly, I don't think they know what they are doing, they just keep trying different repairs hoping one will take. Try Jim Ellis instead.

Prices have gone up.

I love the BBQ chicken here, nice and smoky. The BBQ are really good, too. It seems that all the other Sonny's have closed, hope this one makes it.
