Our central air system stopped blowing cool air last night so my husband planned to call our original maintenance service provider this morning to handle the issue. Unfortunately, he learned that the provider is no longer in business. After doing some really quick research this morning (anything to avoid another hot July night with no A/C ) he decided to call Estes and they arranged to have a technician sent to our home the same afternoon. Not only did the technician, Lee, arrive in a very timely manner, he was very friendly, professional and quick in figuring out the issue. He adequately explained the problem and solution which kept us from feeling as if we were blindly paying for his service. Lee also asked questions that helped us realize that the faulty part was still covered by the factory warranty. We were so impressed with his courteous, professional service that we decided to purchase a service plan on the spot. Thank you Estes and Lee for having us back in the comfort of cool air in no time! :-)
