EUH the supposed flagship of this system? Only if you know nothing about healthcare! Being a nurse I questioned the care received, I.E. wrong meds being administered, wound with scar from a Nurse Practitioner, never informed the primary had a Nurse Practitioner, injury sustained from wrong placement of chest tube, and discharged prematurely for questioning care! Does this sound like good care to you? Complaint sent to CEO - prefunctory response. Although I was upfront that care was poor, with evidence, and I wouldn't pay - I was sent to collections for $100.
They have no concept of Quality care or customer service. The problem - every department works independently and never communicates with another - right up to the CEO
