Worst contractor I have ever used

We were lied to durng the job By Thomas Hogan and Teri. We were given one excuse after another. The job was supposed to be permitted but a permit was never obtained until after the county gave us a violation for not having a permit. We were told the permit was in the truck. The job was not finished after 6 weeks. Finally we were told that it would cost an extra thousand dollars to finish.
