First off, I am very sorry for your loss. Could explain the lack of phone calls, not the diagnosis I received! Also, I did receive a refund for the diagnostic visit. My complaint is this...I had a tech come out and diagnosis a problem with my air. I was told it was the fan and motor, and that I would be called when the parts came in. I waited until Friday(5 days), and they told me once in the morning they would call me back, and then once again in the afternoon after never receiving a phone call. Then, on the following Monday I called AGAIN to be told that they would have to call me back, and they PROMISED it would be before 9 AM. 9:40 came around and I got into my car and went to the buisness myself very upset, but remained calm. Kim, was looking at me and using a certain passive aggressive tone like "I'll take care of that right now for you." She told me after everything that she was sorry this had happenend and that I was now a priority. She told me that the parts would be in on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to be put on hold for 30 seconds, then told that Kim was too busy to take my call. Then, I asked if anyone else could help me. All I wanted to know was if my parts came in. He told me that no one was available to help me. I was now livid. I called another company. They came in one hour, fixed the problem in twenty minutes. WORSE, is what "REALIABLE" told me was broken, was in fact working fine. $200 vs $500 problem. Can you say SCAM ARTIST?
