Fantastic
Had an odd intermittent leak starting in 2nd story bathroom, ending up in garage. Leak had become more pronounced. Called in the morning, James & crew arrived a few hours later. Thye efficiently troublehot the problem. When thye discovered a nail had been driven into a drain pipe years ago, they patched the hole only making a small cut in the drywall. The bill was a only $250. A lot of quality work for that $$.

Very happy!
Called My Plumbing to get my septic tank pumped. Wasn't having any problem, but it hadn't been done in years.
An appointment was made. That day, I received a call telling me the crew was on the way. Steven and Rich showed up a couple minutes early, got right to work, explaining everything to me along the way.
One minor issue that was NOT their fault: while digging, they broke some sprinkler pipes. This was part of an unused system, and I forgot it was in the ground. I could tell they were concerned, but I told them to forget it, the system hadn't been used in 7 years.
Upon completion, the filled the hole in neatly, and packed up. Thanks to their rubber-treaded digger, you could barely tell anything had been driven on the lawn. Total time of operation: under 45 minutes. Wound up being just a basic pump job, so no extra charges.
Oh, be aware-the number lsited here on the Kudzu page doesn't work. Call them at:
