Mr.Banks did the work, his charge was well below the quotes I had rec'd. During the time he was in my house he mentioned many times how busy they were. He had to remove some drywall to get at the silcock. He used some liquiid nails to replace the drywall pieces and told me to mud over it when it dried. I later found some grout had been removed from the tile. I called Mr. Banks, who seemed upset about my small complaint and he offered to return my money and to fix the grout "in a few days" That was in Jan 27,2009. He said repeatedly you get what you pay for.
