Would Recommend Without a Doubt
Before writing this review I read the other reviews. Here are my thoughts. I would and have board a cat at Shiloh. They told me up front all charges and how often the pet is checked. All was accurate and the cat was fine. For dogs, I use a house sitter or send to a professional boarding place. I do this because dogs need additional attention and the ability to run and have exercise which is harder to provide in any Vet Hospital especially on weekends. As for the Staff, I have found them all very nice and helpful. While everyone can have a bad day, I have found that over they 15+ years going there thru management changes, the staff has been helpful and friendly 99% of the time. Those staff members that were not, did not last long. As for the doctors, I must say that Dr Ruth Baird is the best. Since she has came, the level of care has increased in the office. I ask for her when I make an appointment. With her she has worked with us thru sick dogs and provided honest guidance on treatment. She really cares. The other docts also deliver high quality care and I have noticed that if they do not hold to that standard, they do not last long in the firm.
Sometimes it does take a while in the office however I do not mind because they make it a habit to spend as much time with each owner as possible. For those that do not like to have the tech take the dog back, you can go with them. Several times, I have gone in the back for weighing and looking at x-rays, etc.
