Very personalized service. Installed attic insulation and new gutters six months ago. Got personalized letter after install from Phil, company owner, with cell phone contact info for any problems. Called the number five different times & each time Phil answered personally! Gutter leaked after install in one place - Phil kept saying "We'll fix it!" and he did. Sometimes the best measure of a company is how they handle problems, & Phil is clearly there to stand behind his products. I waited six months to write this review until I was sure gutters were doing well - today is the date of unprecedented massive flooding in Atlanta. My new gutters are working great. Very pleased with both attic insulation install & new gutters.

Used Robert Gardner for 12 years

First used Robert at Gardner's roof repair 12 years ago when neighbor said "Call Robert - he'll fix it". The repair company I had been using made multiple attempts and roof still leaked; when they then said they'd have to get into the chimney flashing next for "big bucks" I decided to go elsewhere. Robert said it was "nail holes" right away, repaired for low cost, never leaked again, so I used him routinely for the past 12 years for roof maintenance. I just had him replace my 15 year old roof - he was the lowest cost of the three bids and I knew his quality over time and trusted it. Love my new roof - very nicely done.

Excellent service, quality at great price

Found Jeff aka The Stump Man on kudzu. Great job, excellent service, great price. Came with his son Chris - strong family man with good values. Someone stole their $60K stump grinder while on this job! This hardworking family didn't deserve this. I would have posted strong review anyway, but doing it now because I hope to compensate them some for this injustice. Please call them - you won't be disappointed because they will earn more of your business through the work they do.
