Love my new Provia door

Professional guys, did awesome job installing the new Provia door. Whole process from beginning to the end was very smooth. The door came out to be more expensive than others, but it's Provia door with 20-gauge steel, with lifetime warranty, made in Amish country and it feels and looks beyond awesome. I will definitely give them business in the future when my siding (still have LP siding) needs to be replaced.

Horrible doctor

First, there's a lot of promotional info about his side business everywhere in office. So looks like his main focus is not even family practice, although he doesn't mind billing insurance for that. Second, his answer to most everything is a prescription. He prescribed a Levaquin to treat my wife's ear infection, medication that is known to have horrible sideeffects, and didn't bother to mention anything about it. We stopped it after 6 doses, but some sideffects are still there. This is a quack that should be arrested, instead of treating people. There are other, better doctors in that office, so stay away from this one.

Good when buying, but horrible parts department

Purchased a new CX-7 from them and buying experience was great. Shortly after, wanted to buy bug deflector, but after trying it on, it look like it will actually cause more paint damage to the hood, instead of preventing it. So, I wanted to return it, and was ok with paying restocking fee, since it was a special order. However there is only one guy that can take it back, and I seem to have missed this guy 3 times. Nobody else is authorized to accept a return. It takes me 20-25 minutes to drive to the place, only to find out that I need to come back another time. This is ridiculous. I bought two new VWs before, and as bad as their service was occasionally, this is much worse. I thought I was switching to better customer service company, but here, post sales support seems non existent. To make it worse, the guy behind the parts counter had a smirk on his face while mentioning that Jim Ellis Mazda is number one in nation in service. If that's the case, I don't even want to know what the number two is like.

Best in town

James was never late and showed up on time all 3 times. Windows were delivered and installed as promised. The professionalism and clean up was first rate. Beautiful Alside windows, at even more beautiful price (best bid among 6 companies). Will be calling James again when ready to replace windows on the back of the house.

Trusted shop

I've been bringing my Volvo V70 (and 960 prior to that) to this shop since 2007 and have nothing but good things to say for this shop. The customer service is much better than stealership, and I can definitely confirm, that they are always on lookout to save cost to their customers. I had need to change and reprogram remote for my car recently, when they pointed out cheaper (free) alternative. Once they replaced one of the parts free of charge since they had one used in stock. Yes they cost more than your local chain shop, but you get expertise of experienced technicians, and on top of that you get the repair done right the first time. Out of at least 5-6 times in the shop, not once did I have to bring the car back for follow up repairs.

Great shop for european cars

I attempted to replace timing belt on my VW Passat by myself. Next thing you know, after some horrific sounds from engine, barely made it to Eurocar. These guys did a great job fixing my attempted timing belt replacement. Quick turnaround and excellent service.
