Terrell Hvac & Air Conditioning

Good experience from Jim Terrell

My A/C broke down about last week, and I needed a service quick because I have guests staying at my home. I called him up and he was able to fix my A/C on the same day. He clearly explained to me what was wrong, and he fixed it within an hour so i don't have to pay extra hour for his service. Overall I am satisfied with his service.

This dealer does not have any integrity

This Toyota dealer does NOT have any integrity in what they promised. I received a call from them regarding a quote for 2012 Toyota Sienna. They told me because it's the end of the month, they were willing to lose money on this car, so if I go there right now, i would make the deal without any more negotiating. This dealer is more than an hour away from me. I also told them I don't want to negotiate anymore. After driving for more than an hour, I spoke with the manager that I've been dealing with, his name is Jason Tootle. He said to wait for a moment while they try to locate the car. Half an hour later, they came to me saying they thought the deal is for 2011 Sienna, which I know there's a $1000 rebate for it, and they won't honor the previous agreed price for 2012 Sienna over the phone. I am so upset, and after saying NO to their offer, everyone in the dealership tried to avoid me. Jason Tootle, the Internet Sales Director, kept talking over the phone, and won't say anything to me. NOT EVEN AN EMAIL, OR PHONE CALL after that. What a disgrace, they don't have any integrity in what they said. I won't trust anything this dealer says from that point. JASON TOOTLE, do you know that my wife is pregnant, and I had to drive almost 3 hours back and forth your dealer?????? You didn't even dare to talk to

Excellent Service and Professional

First, I want to say that I am not by any chance affiliated with these people. I want to express my gratitude because they've helped me a lot in diagnosing my Lenovo laptop, and was able to receive claim from my credit card's extended warranty. You won't be disappointed with their service.

I came in to browse for frames and when I talked with a male assistant in his 40s, I didn't get a polite impression from him. No smiles, and I felt like he didn't like helping me.

City of Sandy Springs Police Dept

very unfriendly male receptionist officer

I came to the Police Department for help on my situation. I was greeted by a male receptionist officer and I began to explain my situation. In the middle of our conversation, he mentioned that he 'wasted' his time talking to me and he didn't handle our conversation politely.Really bad experience and I felt ashamed that I came to talk with the police for my situation.If police can't help, he could just let me know politely.
