Quick and Professional

We called Thomas for a small job and also asked for a quote for finishing our basement. He was very quick and professional about doing both even though the work we gave him was small. When we are ready to finish the basement we will more than likely go with him. Highly recommended.

Quality and Honest Work

Terry quoted me in March to water pressure and stain my fence. I had to wait until Oct to actually do the work and when I got him going on the project he and his right hand guy got in done in 4 days. My fence is pretty big and it took quite a while to do all the work that was needed along with a back deck. He is a very honest and hardworking man and when he was done with the job I paid him exactly the amount quoted to me. I would highly recommend him to any one else that needed his services.

Nathan came out the same day I called to give an estimate. They arrived on time,provided helpful information, finished in a timely manner, and did a great job. We will definately use them again.

Got our neighbors to like us again

Scott and Tommy were the ones who designed and created our new backyard after another company had done such a bad job before. Scott came up with a great layout for our yard and Tommy executed it beautifully. Along the way we ran into a few issues that needed to be cleaned up and they came and fixed those with no problems. I highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a beautiful yard and people who you can trust to get the job done right.

Fast and Efficient

Chris came on time and quickly found out how to solve the problem with all of our bathrooms' sockets not working. He was very cordially and was even able to come the day after Thanksgiving which was a big help since I had family at the house.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Richard and Michelle came to give me an estimate and were nice and told me how much it would cost to grade, fence, irrigate and sod my backyard. They said it would take only 4 days to complete. So I signed their contract on 05/19/2008 but that is when the trouble began. I was told they would start on Thurs that week but then they said they did not say that and that they would start next week but then they kept delaying 3 more times after that. I said I was going to cancel unless they started on 06/19 which they did do but then whenever they showed up they only worked 2 hours instead of a full day but never explained why, I think it was because they had too many jobs at one time instead of doing each one at a time. I had huge rocks in my backyard which they claimed they would get a track hoe for but they never got one to get them out and whenever I asked about it they simply ignored the questions. I ran into one excuse after another but they claimed it was always bad luck but the bad luck doesn’t explain why they only worked 2 hours on nice sunny days. I finally canceled my contract on 07/07 losing quite a bit of money and time because the week before they didn't show up at all and didn’t call or email me to let me know why. Notice how they don't answer everything just things that affected the company in the reply below I can only do a certain # of characters in this review so I can't tell everything because there is definitely more.

Did what they claimed they would do

I was with TruGreen and Arbornomics and my grass and bushes still look really bad. I was told by a contractor I hired about this company and to give them a chance. When I talked to them I let them know that if they did a good job that I would write this review for them. My bushes looked horrible and after a few months with them they started to come back. My bermuda grass wasn't looking too good either and they brought it back along with answering any question I had. They actually did the spraying instead of leaving me a bill claiming they did some work like other companies I was with. (My neighbors who are retired let me know about that issue). Overall I would definitely recommend them the only issue I have is that I have had to remind them to come do my yard but once I mentioned it they came the next day and apologized about it.

Honest and Helpful

My wife's Nissan Murano was having problems so we had it towed to ABS and they looked at it and didn't see any problems. They didn't try to take advantage of a bad situation and even looked at the issue for free. Hopefully we won't run into any more issues with the brakes but if we do I will make sure to come back.

Excellent Handyman

Todd came and talked about all the issues for about an hour for the estimate and then gave an estimate that he stood by. I was very pleased with his work and work ethic. I would definitely use him again.
