Couldn't Ask for Better Service
Very impressed with Phil. He arrived right on time, explained the repair well, then did the job quickly (replaced broken torsion springs).
He was able to take credit card right on the spot (many other companies do not); and to top it off, the price was better than another company quoted!
Will definitely be using "Don't Panic" for all my garage repair needs.

Absolutely the worst experience ever
This company is very strong up front, in the sale cycle. They are VERY bad at anything else - actual work, follow-up, customer satisfaction, etc. I found them to be extremely dishonest. They sell and sell and sell and make promises they do not intend to keep. I fell for it, my own fault - hope no one else does. Consider this a warning.
1. None of the supposed advantages they claimed came to be true. They claimed to have all local "employees" - not true. The crew that came out to do the work was not local and not employees - they were hired to do the job and that's it.
2. Serious damage was caused to the house, garden, surrounding area during the roofing. They were tossing blocks of old shingles down without any regard for what was below. Academy refuses to stand by the damage they (or their so-called "employees" - really out-of-state contract crew) caused. This is despite their original assurances that they will not cause any damage, that they carry insurance in case they do cause damage, etc, etc.
3. Any management is impossible to track down in order to settle the issues. Either there's no one in charge, or they are not interesting in any customer satisfaction.
4. Their "office person" is the worst, disorganized, clueless, rude. She has no idea of the contract, billing, amounts, customer, deadlines, etc. Her only response to any questions is "talk to your salesman". The salesman doesn't return calls once the contract is signed.
In short: STAY AWAY!
