Doesn't Appreciate Customers or Customer's Time
Played phone tag for two days with company’s answering service. Once I made contact with the sales rep, he did not want to take the call. The rep asked me to hang up and call the answering service and leave a message rather than speak with me. Even after this headache, I went with this company because they were local.
There were many scheduling problems as I had to work my schedule around their schedule and they plan their schedule on a daily basis – no “weekend warriors” according to the owner. Even after all of the trouble with scheduling, they were late to the appointment and failed to tell me that the job would be two to three days to complete.
There was a dispute between my wife and the crew. When I attempted to resolve the dispute with the owner he became belligerent and made verbal threats.
Bottom line, this company does not appreciate their customers. There are too many tree companies in Atlanta that truly want and appreciate business for anyone to every put up with this type of behavior.
