Bardi Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Great Service

I have been using Bardi for the last few years to service my system. Chad came out today and did a great job, he took the time to do a detailed inspection and go over everything with me. I pay a very small monthly fee for this service and it's worth every penny.

Great Service

I called them and they came out that day for a quote. Great fair price and they did a great job cutting down the tree and cleaning up after. I highly recommend!

Very Caring and Responsive

Debbie and Dr Bain are both loving and caring individuals. They were wonderful with Charlie a large lab that really needed special care, patience and love. It's comforting to know that you have someone to work with you in the comfort of your home, especially when dealing with a pet that would have a difficult time with the car ride and the vet office. I will also say that while working through the care process with them they have been very responsive. To be honest I had never done this before and I wasn't sure what to expect when I started into this process and I have to say they have gone way beyond my expectation

Not Responsive

I had them come out to do an estimate and have called twice and emailed once and gotten no response. I used Kudzu to find them so thought I should comment that I never heard back from anyone. I know most of these companies are busy now due to the constant rains in Atlanta but if you can't get them to call you back to spend money with them I not 100% sure they would be responsive with any issues after the work was done. I think they have a great product and seem to know what they are doing. Hopefully they will be more responsive when the weather and their business dries up. Since I had to rate them I chose the below average just based on the lack of response. I did however like the format of the quote since it broke down all the charges specifically and thought is was a fair and competitive quote. Unfortunately it was a waste of my time since no one will call back.

Not a good experience

I have been coloring my hair for years and this was the worst experience ever. After looking at hair color samples we picked the ones we would use. She highlighted part of my hair with one color and then put the other color over the rest. My hair turned out with sort of a pink tint because one base color was not used all over. To give them a chance to fix this I came back the next day. They put black hair color over everything, not at all what I wanted and not sure why they thought black would fix this problem. When I left the owner told me how good it looked and when I got home half my hair was red and black and the other half just black. I couldn't believe they would let me leave looking so terrible. The next day I had to hide a work (thought about calling in sick) because my hair just looked terrible, people actually laughed when they saw me. I went to Siggers (a more established salon) the next night and had to pay to have it fixed the best way she could considering what they had done. Siggers did a good job of fixing my hair but it cost me $500 between both visits. Siggers being the same price as the terrible job they did here. Save your money and just pick someone who is more established with supervision for new talent. I went to this salon based on what I read on this site and I was very disappointed.
