Satisfied Customer

We noticed a seeping of water from the floor and adjacent wall's baseboard as a result of using the shower in the down stair's bathroom (which is rarely used). Fearing that we had a major problem on our hands because the root of the problem was within the walls we decided to carefully choose a company that we could trust and would not take advantage of our situation. I chose Ridgeway after reading their reviews as well as a few other company reviews on this site. Honestly, I called another company first at random but I received sub-par customer service on the phone so I then decided to contact Ridgeway. The gentleman that I spoke with provided great customer service and explained their policy prior to me setting an appointment. The technician who came out to our house was Jaime. He called 30 mins out to inform us that he was en route and arrived within the scheduled time frame. While at our house Jaime openly communicated his assessment and recommendation. We agreed and he made the repairs on the spot, all within 1 hour. I must note that Jamie was very knowledgeable and professional and respected our house while here (I only mention this because of a bad experience with a previous contractor who did work in our house). Most important, the job was reasonably and competitively priced. Overall, I highly recommend Ridgeway for your plumbing needs.

Strictly Business

I was referred to this facility/medical group by my dentist for wisdom teeth removal (oral surgery). My wait time was not long, however, Dr. Nadler was strictly business and not at all personable. My consultation consisted of him rapidly running through the procedural information and when I stated that I did not have any questions he simply wrote notes in my file, got up from the chair and walked out. I assumed that he stepped out to get something but once the assistant came in the room to tell me I was done I knew he was on to the next patient. I can only assume that his business is thriving because I did not receive a simple 'thank you' or 'I'll see you soon.' I do not expect an outpouring of appreciation but a simple display of gratitude would've been appreciated. Needless to say I decided not to schedule the surgery with him.

Great Dental Experience

I decided to try a different dentist for various reasons after a subpar experience at a previous dental office. I chose this office after reading the rave reviews on this site and must say that Dr. Lumpkin and her staff definitely justify the accolades. I'd spoken with both ladies at the front office several times prior to my appointment and appreciat their kindness with my schedule conflicts. Dr. Lumpkin and her entire staff were all corteous and professional. Dr. Lumpkin was also very thorough and candid when explaining procedures and answering my never-ending questions. One thing I would like to note is that Dr. Lumpkin does attempt to sell products or services that you do not need and this is something I truly appreciated. Overall, I feel that the quality of service I received was excellent and highly recommend Dr. Lumpkin's practice and assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Simply the Best!

Ok, I waited until my second appointment and experience before reviewing this salon to make sure that my first satisfying experience was not a one time occurrence...and it wasn't. This salon is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very chic and inviting. All of the personnel were extremely pleasant and it was genuine; no one makes you feel out of place in there. Upon arrival, you’re greeted and offered a beverage to quench your thirst. This is a diverse salon so everyone and all hair types can be serviced. The services I received were from the salon so I can’t comment on the spa (although I’m sure the spa treatments are just as wonderful). Each experience was phenomenal and more importantly, the prices are reasonable - which totally took me by surprise! I can’t say enough positives about this place – and, no, I am not affiliated with anyone employed by the salon…I’m just a very satisfied customer.

Will continue to shop around for another dentist

My family has frequented this particular practice the past 2 years. The staff was cordial but the service was a bit sub par. My spouse had crown work done which resulted in continuous problems requiring him to go back numerous times for corrective work which became quite an inconvenience. As a result, we've decided to try another dental practice.

Excellent Practice

I moved to the Atlanta area 3 years ago and my main concern was finding a reputable, caring OB/GYN. I initially found a Dr. in my town of Douglasville, however, I was not completely satisfied with that particular office. I then researched various offices in my area and found Douglas Women's Center. My initial appointment was with nurse practitioner, Lew-Ann Lenfest. Nurse Lenfest has been with the DWC for years and is wonderful at what she does. I continuously receive quality service, the office environment is clean and welcoming, and my wait time is never lengthy. Overall, DWC exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this office.

We brought both of our vehicles in for various products and we were pleased each time. These guys are highly knowledgeable, they do great work and the service is top notch. We were referred to them by a car dealership and we definitely refer them to others.

Great service from Odessia

I've been frequenting this salon for 2 years and always have a positive experience. My stylist is and always has been Odessia, as she was the one who was available when I made my first appointment. She's personable, does quality work and takes her time when I'm in the chair (this is an important factor for me when choosing a stylist). Unlike the other posts, she is not concerned with money over satisfying her customer.
