I contracted with Rain B Gone to put in an underdeck system at my home. They came and did the work and it looked nice. I paid them. However a few months after it had been installed it totally fell down, In looking at the installation procedures it was obviously not done correctly. I had a construction expert look at it and he said it was amazing it lasted 3 months. They just toenailed some nails up at a 45 degree angle into the bottom of my deck wood and the nails only went in about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch into the wood. The nail were about every 3 feet or more. In dealing with them to come back and fix it they are expecting me to pay them another $1200.00 to come back and fix it. This is ridiculous. I expect them to come out and fix their bad workmanship at no charge. When it fell down it damaged a bunch of personal items below. Not to mention if someone had been under there at the time. I am dissatisfied with the job and also the response to come out and fix it. It looks like I am going to have to get someone else to get it fixed and then fight them in court if this can not be resolved quickly because this has been going on for months.
