Where is my TV?!?!?!?!?

MISSING.....5 yr old 53" Hitachi... Muttco came to repair on 7/14/08. Couldn't find problem, said it could be a fuse but didn't have any on truck. They left. I purchased fuse and put in TV, still did not work. I called them and they said they would come back. Steve came about a week later and could not find problem....he took chasis back to shop. No word from Muttco. I called several times in the following weeks with no response. Finally, I called Hitachi to find out if Muttco was actually working with them. Low and behold, I got a call from Steve telling me my TV was running at their shop and he was watching it as we spoke. He returned to my home, put chasis back in TV and it DID NOT WORK! About a week later, Steve brought 3 other chasis' with him and used parts from them to work on mine....to no avail. He again took my chasis and I have not seen nor heard from him since. I called on the 4 month anniversary of Muttco's relationship with my TV, Rodney informed me that Steve was still unable to fix my TV, however he would try again on Monday (11/17). Rodney promised to call me by end of day Monday. They (Steve and Rodney) have promised to call me on numerous occasions and have not. Is my chasis riding around in truck being used for spare parts for other customers??? I wish Hitachi had referred me to another repair shop.
