Quick service in the heat of summer

My AC went out on a weekend due to a freon leak. Based on the good ratings on kudzu I called Hansard on Sunday hoping to "get in line" when they opened on Monday and fielded the calls. To my surprise I got a call back about an hour later and an appointment set for the next afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem as a coil with a small leak, recharged the system and got it working right away. The coil was still under warranty and he dealt with the manufacturer to get the free replacement, and came back a week later to install it. I definitely recommend Hansard and will use them again in the future.

As the president of our HOA, we had received several quotes from our management company for the work, and the quote Mike gave us was dramatically less. They did a great job, and on top of that did a couple of small items we forgot to include in the original quote for free! Will definitely use them for any future work.

I got a very prompt estimate, and then the service was performed the day after I gave them the go ahead. The crew did a great job and even helped us take a large old TV to the curb for trash pickup. Would be happy to use them again.
