Quick service in the heat of summer
My AC went out on a weekend due to a freon leak. Based on the good ratings on kudzu I called Hansard on Sunday hoping to "get in line" when they opened on Monday and fielded the calls. To my surprise I got a call back about an hour later and an appointment set for the next afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem as a coil with a small leak, recharged the system and got it working right away. The coil was still under warranty and he dealt with the manufacturer to get the free replacement, and came back a week later to install it. I definitely recommend Hansard and will use them again in the future.
