Happy Customer!

My air-conditioning unit was not working and because of cost I was afraid to call anyone. After reading the other reviews, I took a chance and called these guys yesterday and I'm so glad I did! The problem was quickly identified and the work was completed fast and for a good value. I will use them again!

Beautiful Lights, Customer Unfriendly Policies

Beautiful lights! Find the fixture at the retail store then go to their website to purchase the light at a probable more reasonable price. Sales associates spread too thin. If you find the right sales associate you'll get agreeable service...if not, well, expect an unfriendly exchange.

A Rare Gem

My 4-year old son has attended Shaw Temple Learning Center since he was 2 years old and we are so pleased with the creativity, the instruction and the nurturing provided daily at this school. It's a pleasure to go to pick up your child and peek into a room of happy, interacting and smiling children that are being gently challenged and encouraged. The director is a talented visionary who is dedicated to the school and the children. The teachers connect with you, are fully engaged and know your child.

Excellent Service

John Lamb came to my home and looked at my roof because I had a leak. He shared honestly that the problem was not my roof but the plumbing. He made a phone call and within 1 hour my PLUMBING problem was solved. Thanks John for being not only a good problem-solver but a good person! I have already referred his company to a neighbor...

Carpet Dry

Excellent

I used 3rd Generation because my ceiling was damage due to plumbing leak. They were professional and priced reasonably. They got the job done, in & out and no problems! I'd use them, again.

Mistake

I am writing this review for parents that want the best for their children. The owner has a "Like or Leave It" attitude that is pervasive among some of her staff. She is either blatantly unconcerned or overtly phony when responding to a parental concern.

Very Pleased!

I had over 360 feet of fence built and stairs reconstructed. Owner offered excellent suggestion regarding fence design and the result was excellent. The fence and stairs are beautiful. This company offers immediate customer service, know-how and the very best pricing.

Don't Refer Your Daughters, Girlfriends or Wives..

Tony, the front guy and the person describing what they are charging you for, asked me repeatedly and loudly why I wasn't available to answer my cell phone. (My car was at the lot for a total of less than 2 days) I explained that I have family in town, I work and it is my son's B-day. And I understood the lot closes at 6 pm. When I pulled in to see if I could pick up my car at 6:25 pm, I was greeted by an "out-of-control" customer service manager. He actually began to YELL at me. Repeating that he had CALLED ME and HAD TO WAIT AT THE SHOP FOR ME. (I hadn't asked him to wait.) He almost, but not quite, refused to take my credit card (over $840.00 repair)saying, ridiculously, that he had to wait on me so I should have to wait! I am reporting Motorcars International to the Better Business Bureau and will research other resources for making complaints. Something needs to be done about this...

Marietta Eye Clinic PA

awful receptionist

i requested an emergency appt. because my eyes were obviously infected. They were very swollen, red, runny and crusty. Unfortunately, I was "greeted" by the receptionist, Ms. Patra Brakefield (sp?), with a smug, "stop bothering me", "yeah, I see your eyes are red" indifference that one would have to see to believe. I was a potential new patient with crusted, red and burning eyes. I shared my service observations and stated that I would add my commentary to Kudzu. The receptionist just shrugged, turned her back to me and openly demonstrated that she did not or could not care. (One would have to care about service to care about reviews.) Needless to say, I left this office in a hurry, with my runny, infected eyes...I'll take my chances elsewhere. The front desk is the first impression. There are plenty of eye physicians to choose from. To the doctors at Marietta Eye Clinic, there are many more receptionists...
